All is Well Fitness and health is happy to announce the addition of Pilates Instructor Training at our Granbury Studio! Students can learn the art of MAT Pilates only or opt in for the complete Comprehensive training package.
100+ hr Comprehensive Mat
Includes in person training with Master Instructors, Printed manual with 100+ exercises, and access to online learning modules.
Our Comprehensive 450 hr Pilates teacher training program meets the national standards to sit for the National Pilates Certification.
Includes in person teacher training. Mat, Reformer, Tower/Cadillac, Spine Corrector/Ladder Barrel/Stability Chair, and Fitness Circle.
Instructor Training Program 2025-2026
450 hr. Comprehensive Mat & Apparatus - Full 9 Week Program includes all 4 Modules
Includes 144+ hours of in Studio Instructor training: Mat 1 & 2, Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced Reformer, Tower/Cadillac, Spine Corrector, Ladder Barrel, Stability Chair, and Fitness Circle. The modules can be taken individually as well as packaged. The 450 hr. comprehensive Pilates training is backed by the Pilates Education Institute (PEI) and meets the national standards to sit for the National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP) Test, and the program is also recognized by the Pilates Method Association (PMA).
Module 1 – Comprehensive Mat
Includes 24+ hours of in Studio training and access to online learning guides and quizzes.
Weekend 1 - Beginner Mat – October 9, 10 and 11
Including Pilates Prep Exercises, Foundations, Principles, History, Anatomy
Weekend 2 - Intermediate/Advanced Mat – October 23, 24 and 25
Group Practical Test Out of Beginner Mat sequences and progression of exercises, and teaching skills.
Module 2 – Comprehensive Reformer
Includes 36+ hours of in Studio training and access to online learning guides and quizzes.
Weekend 3 - Beginner Reformer – November 13,14 and 15
Introduction to Reformer, safety, basic and Pilates Reformer exercises.
Weekend 4 - Intermediate Reformer – December 11, 12 and 13
Students should have 50 hours logged and be comfortable teaching a basic Reformer workout leading into this weekend.
Weekend 5 - Intermediate/Advanced Reformer - January 15, 16 and 17
Student should have 100 hours logged going into this weekend and feel comfortable taking themselves through a basic beginner Pilates workout on the Reformer
Module 3 – Tower/Cadillac
Weekend 6 - Tower 1 - Beginner Tower – February 12, 13 and 14
Introduction to tower; instructs trainers how to use certain exercises for individual bodies and create a flowing tower class that honors Joe's systemic approach.
Weekend 7 - Tower 2 - Intermediate Tower/Cadillac - February 19, 20 and 21
Introduces student to the Cadillac and students will be trained in a progression of Tower exercises.
Module 4 – Pilates Apparatus
Weekend 8 - Spine Corrector, Ladder Barrel, Fitness Circle – March 26, 27, and 28
Students will be introduced to these additional Pilates apparatus and props and learn how to incorporate specific exercises into an individual’s private session to maximize their work out and/or modify for limitations they may have in their bodies.
Weekend 9 - Stability Chair – April 9, 10, and 11
Students will be introduced to the Stability Chair, and will learn how to design a basic, beginner class on the Stability Chair. Students will also learn more challenging exercises that are better suited to use with private clients.
*Training will take place Thursday and Fridays 1:30-6pm & Saturday 8:30am-1:00pm
